Quetiapine
Seroquel (quetiapine) is a small molecule pharmaceutical. Quetiapine was first approved as Seroquel on 1997-09-26. It is used to treat autistic disorder, bipolar disorder, major depressive disorder, psychotic disorders, and schizophrenia amongst others in the USA. The pharmaceutical is active against 5-hydroxytryptamine receptor 2A and D(2) dopamine receptor. In addition, it is known to target 5-hydroxytryptamine receptor 1E, sodium-dependent noradrenaline transporter, 5-hydroxytryptamine receptor 1A, 5-hydroxytryptamine receptor 1D, histamine H1 receptor, and 5-hydroxytryptamine receptor 1F.
