Doxycycline

Monodox, Oracea, Vibramycin (doxycycline) is a small molecule pharmaceutical. Doxycycline was first approved as Monodox on 1982-01-01. It is used to treat anthrax, bacterial pneumonia, campylobacter infections, cholera, and granuloma inguinale amongst others in the USA. The pharmaceutical is active against matrilysin. In addition, it is known to target neutrophil collagenase. Doxycycline hyclate's patents are valid until 2027-12-19 (FDA).
